About the hotel in general

Can I use a credit card?

Yes, we accept the following credit cards: VISA, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Master Card, Diners Club, Union Pay, Discover.

My child is still very young. Will I be charged for him/her?

Children up to the age of 6 sharing a bed with an adult may stay free of charge. Breakfast is free of charge as well.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Standard check-in time is from 3:00pm until 12:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
*Please contact us if you require early check-in or late-out.

Can you hold my luggage until check-in time and after check-out?

Yes, we can. As our hotel is located in front of the Nankai Namba station. You can enjoy sightseeing easily with no lugguage.

Can I extend check-out time?

It is possible depending on the reservation status. Please contact the staff.

Do you have a Parking Lot?

Unfortunately, there is no parking available. If you come by car, we will show you a near by toll parking lot.

Do you have wheelchair rentals?

Available. Please contact us in advance as the number of units is limited.

Are there any Recommended Restaurant near the Hotel?

Yes there are a lot of restaurant around here. But First of all we would like to recommend our hotel restaurant “Labiyori” that have Wagyu stake , Pasta with fresh Japanese ingredients and set menu. Regarding to other restaurants we introduce with the Tablet prepared in the room. There is also a guide list available at the front desk, so please feel free to contact to the Front Desk.

Do you have vending machines and ice machines?

Yes. We have a Vending machine on the 1F and 6th floor of each building, and ice machines and microwave are on the 6th floor of each building.

Can we enter the hotel anytime?

It will be closed automatically due to security from 24:00 to 5:00 Please bring your room key to return during that time.

About your stay

Do you have room-wear?

We offer our original designed room-wear of the free size. 120-130cm (3’11 to 4’3) child size is also available at the front desk.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available in everywhere of our hotel.

What kind of rental equipment do you have?

Although there is a limited number, we have rental equipment such as irons, and game toys, wine opener, Scales, Baby bed, Bed guard for baby, Baby chair, wheel-chair and Thermometer etc. Please refer to the Tablet for guidance.

Please tell me the size of the bed.

Depending on the room, we offer Single Size 1100mm x 1950mm and Double size 1500mm x 1950mm. The mattresses are equipped with Simmons beds from all the rooms. Pillow also Simmons of permanent, offer a Kyoto Nishikawa of products, we will provide a comfortable sleep.

Is there a smoking room?

Unfortunately smoking is prohibited in our hotel. As we have smoking areas on the first floor of both building and 5th floor of Sakura Buildg, Please smoke in there.Thank you for your cooperation.

What are the amenities related to cosmetics?

We have POLA Brand Aroma Gold Series products, popular with Ladies, shampoos, conditioners, body soaps, Cleansing, Face wash, skin Lotion, Milky lotion. You don’t have to bring heavy cosmetics with you.

Are there baby beds and bed guards? How can I use ?

We have a limited number available. If you let us know your request in advance, it will be Set in your room before arrival.

Is there a Coin Laundry?

Coin Laundry is available 24 hours a day and is available on the 7F of each building. But you need 100yen coins. You can exchange from you Japanese Yen to Japanese coin.

Is there a safety box?

It is installed in all rooms.

When can I cancel my reservation? Also, please tell me about the cancellation fee.

Free up to 2 days in advance and a cancellation fee from the previous day. A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged the day before, 80% until 18:00 on the day, and 100% after that.

Is it possible to change the schedule and room after booking?

Depending on the availability of rooms, we will respond flexibly. Please feel free to contact us.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

You can. The name of the reservation will be printed on the application and will be kept until check-in. Also you can leave luggage after check out. As our hotel is located in front of Station.

Many customer are happy that we accept your luggage while you go shopping and sightseeing.

Is it possible to mail packages from our hotel?

We will accept it at the front desk. (Yamato Transport)

How big is the Bath Tub in the room?

Many of the rooms are independent toilet, bathroom, washroom. There is also a washing area in the bath(Japanese home style) so you can use it with your family comfortably.

About meals and restaurant

What kind of breakfast is it?

We have breakfast service in the restaurant “Labiyori” of the Sakura Building. All kinds of dishes such as Rice, Porridge ,Side-dishes, noodle, Osaka food like Takoyaki and fruits. So you can enjoy Japanese food, Osaka food and Western food at the same time at Labiyori.

What time of the breakfast time?

Breakfast time is from 7:00 to 10:00 (LO 9:30) in Monday at Saturday at the SAKURA Building “Labiyori.”

In Sunday time is from 7:00 to 12:00 (LO 11:30).

If you do not have enough time for breakfast, you can change into lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 (LO 14:30), so you can relax and enjoy Dining.

Is there a Private Room?

Unfortunately we do not have a Private Room, but we will consider the layout of seats depending on the situation.

Can I use a wheelchair?

Of course you can.

Do you have children’s chairs?

Available. Please feel free to contact the staff.

Do you have children’s menu and baby food?

Unfortunately, we don’t have it, but we can help you bring it with you. Please feel free to ask the staff.

Can I smoke?

All Restaurant are non-smoking. Please use the smoking section 1F each building or the 5th Floor of the SAKURA building.

Do I need to make a reservation for breakfast in advance?

You can purchase meal tickets at the hotel. Please ask at the front desk.

Do you have children’s spoons and forks?

Available. Please feel free to contact the staff.

How do you deal with allergies?

Ask Staff advance for allergy.

Can I have breakfast without staying?

Of course. Enjoy the dishes supervised by two renowned chefs and our original bread handmade.

Can I order cakes and bouquets for birthdays and celebrations?

In addition to cakes and bouquets, all the staff will assist you on your important day, such as decorating your room. Please feel free to contact the staff.
